All lyrics available via BatLyrics.com were submitted by visitors and therefore can be incomplete or inaccurate. Please check Terms of Service for more information regarding the services BatLyrics.com provides and applicable limitations.

  ACCESSING THE SERVICE

  You are granted the right to access the audio, visual, video, text and other content provided by BatLyrics.com under applicable terms and conditions as set forth by the present Agreement. Certain features and services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. However, most of the lyrics are not in public domain. BatLyrics.com receives lyrics directly from artists, labels and individual site visitors. All lyrics are stored in our database until rightful copyright owners submit a removal request. It is our belief that it is in our mutual interest to have lyrics published at BatLyrics.com and available to its members. BatLyrics.com maintains a belief that knowledge of the lyrics helps music fans make buying decisions and gives artists more exposure. We at BatLyrics.com include referral links taking users to Amazon.com where they can purchase music CDs lyrics from which they have read at BatLyrics.com. In this manner, BatLyrics.com contributes to hundreds of CD sales every month. Many independent publishers submit lyrics from their newest releases to maximize the exposure of new artists or albums. Please contact BatLyrics.com if you want to have your lyrics included into our database. We will arrange a deal which in many cases will result in direct financial profits. If you see certain lyrics in our database which you own the rights to and would like to have such lyrics excluded, please contact us and we will remove the lyrics from our database.

  You explicitly indicate your agreement to access and use BatLyrics.com at your own sole risk. The service is provided by us as is and as available. We do not make any representations or warranties providing the service and any content or products offered at the BatLyrics.com website. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, title, or non-infringement of third party rights. We do not represent or warrant that any content or services displayed or rendered through the BatLyrics.com website is accurate, timely, reliable or appropriate. You are not allowed to use any services provided herein in violation of any state, local or federal laws. BatLyrics.com shall bear and explicitly disclaims all responsibility or liability for any conduct or activity that violates any of such laws. We reserve the right to terminate your user account immediately upon notice of your inability to comply with any laws, local, state or federal. BatLyrics.com shall perform the present agreement under existing laws and legal processes and procedures. Nothing contained in the present agreement shall be deemed as being in derogation of our right to comply with any law enforcement requests related to your usage of the services provided or the information posted, or to the information gathered by us. If any part or provision of the present agreement is determined to be unenforceable or invalid pursuant to an applicable law, including, without limitation, warranties and liability limitations set forth above, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid applicable provision which most closely matches the intent of the unenforceable provision; the remaining parts of the agreement shall remain in effect. You are not allowed to transfer or assign any rights under this agreement to third parties without prior permission in written form from BatLyrics.com. Any attempt to do so shall be seen as violation of the present agreement. Any printed version of the present agreement including notices given in electronic form shall have the same effect in judicial proceedings to the same extent as any other business documentation and records generated and stored in printed form.

  CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS

  BatLyrics.com reserves the right to modify the present agreement, add, delete or change its parts at its sole discretion. This may be done at any time without any notice or liability to you. The updated agreement will be published here and the effective date will be indicated in the bottom of the page. It is your responsibility to check with this page from time to time and make sure you are aware of any modifications or additions that we may have implemented. By continuing your usage of the services provided by BatLyrics.com you indicate your acceptance of the new agreement.

  TERMINATION

  The present agreement can be terminated or suspended at any time without notice or liability, in case you fail to comply with the provisions of the present agreement. This will not limit any other rights or remedies available to BatLyrics.com. BatLyrics.com also reserves the right to terminate your use of the BatLyrics.com websites and the services offered at any time, without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may terminate the present agreement by ceasing to use the services provided. It is your sole right and remedy to terminate the usage of services in case of dissatisfaction. Termination of the agreement shall not relieve you of any obligations to cover the accrued charges and other costs.
